Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, we grant you (the client) rights to use deliverables (designs, code, content) for agreed purposes.
We (Prodix Creatives) retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We retain ownership of any tools, templates, code libraries, or methodologies that are generic or reused across projects.
Confidentiality Each party shall keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party, and use it only for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under these Terms or project agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodix Creatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or in connection with use of the Site or services.
Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the particular service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee error-free service or that operations will be uninterrupted.
Termination
Either party may terminate by giving written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms or project agreement and fails to remedy within a reasonable period.
Upon termination, you pay for work done till termination, and we will deliver work in progress (if agreed).
Provisions such as confidentiality, indemnities, intellectual property survive termination.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by laws of India.
Disputes shall be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of court in kerala.

Miscellaneous
If any clause is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in force.
